His entrepreneurial spirit led him to invest all his resources in a promising R&D company, which later became a game-changer. In 2003, he sold the company to ExxonMobil, achieving an impressive 100x return on his investment.

Since then, CJ has established himself as a seasoned real estate investor with a substantial presence in both Canada and the United States. He currently manages 6,722 doors across the U.S., applying his strategic insight and experience to build a thriving real estate portfolio.

Beyond his business success, CJ is deeply committed to making a difference. He is the founder and manager of a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young women who have been victims of sex trafficking, providing them with the resources and support to rebuild their lives.
